Yes! All our products contain artworks/images that are licensed from artists and photographers that we've partnered with, and pay royalties to. We strongly believe that the artists and photographs who create artwork must be compensated for their efforts - plus this is also the legally correct way to do it. We regret to see so many diamond painting companies online illegally offering diamond paintings for sale online without seeking the authorisation of the original artist - this is not only illegal but unethical too.
Yes! All our Crystal Art kits are professionally stretched and mounted on wooden frames at our factory before we send them to you (unless expressly stated otherwise). This has two benefits: 1) you don't have to go to the trouble of framing these kits yourself, which can be time-consuming and very expensive; 2) applying crystals onto a firm surface is much easier, and once they are on, they're on! They won't come off.

Yes! You will receive all the tools to complete the kit.
Our custom kits are specially ordered from our factory in China,
and take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you have pre ordered an item, your entire order will be dispatched together from the dispatch date of your pre-ordered item. Please allow additional lead time during the Christmas period. We would advise you place an order no later than 1 week prior to Christmas Eve to ensure delivery before Christmas.

The Crystal Art® gems are solid decorative acrylic gems. They are not jelly, gel, wax, or water-absorbing beads and do not expand when exposed to liquids. All materials are assessed for chemical safety and heavy metals in line with these standards.
As with any craft product containing small components, the gems are not intended to be ingested, and adult supervision is recommended during use.
If any pieces are swallowed and you have concerns, we recommend seeking advice from a medical professional or local poison control service for reassurance.
