If you cannot find your chart list, you can search for it by clicking the link called CRYSTAL ART COLOUR CHART

Love craft buddy kits Excellent value for money Only problem I felt with this particular kit was drill O and C were very similar colours and hard to define on the canvas which was an O and which was a C Had to contact customer services as was missing a packet of drills, these were sent out straight away Can’t wait to order my next kit

I bought this stitch from a supermarket but was missing the jelly wax in emailed craft buddy and they resolved the issue really quickly meena was so helpful and got one sent out straight away. My little girl is over the moon we bought the large stitch kit to do next thank you Meena !
Needed more crystals to finish picture. Think they had given me to many of one & not of another.But great I could get extra colours I needed picture finished & looking great. Maybe cheaper postage needed for 2 bags.
I purchased the pack of Tatty Teddy cards last year and have only just got around to working on them. Unfortunately when I opened the pack it was short of one of the grey drills. Very helpful, my spare diamonds arrived within two days of ordering, have now been able to complete my River Stag. Which looks fabulous.
I ordered 093 which is black crystals but I got dark blue instead.

Did not send what I ordered according to the information on the kit. I ordered the crystals on the top and received the ones on the bottom nothing like the ones I ordered

There weren’t enough gems in the dark green to finish the set I had ordered. However as soon as I brought this up with Craft buddy, they sent me the missing gems. Great service.

Although with this particular canvas, I have had to ask for more crystals twice, I have been very pleased with the service I have received.
we ordered a clock and one letter of the beads was missing. We just contacted craft buddy regarding our issue and they immediately solved the issue by delivering the missing letter.

The spare crystals replaced what should have been in the kit I had bought my Mum, they were missing. So I got what I needed for her to complete the picture, so no complaints. Would be useful to have idea of quantity, as no idea what was needed to complete the design.
