    2 out of 4 parcels were originally misplaced by Royal Mail, and found days later, I was then given a specific delivery day by Royal Mail for all 4 parcels, which wasn't adeard to, Tracking wasnt updated, so i left to go to a prearranged event, and all 4 parcels were dumped by Royal Mail in a unsafe location, after I tried unsuccessfully to rearrange the delivery / move to a collection point, 3 parcels was later found trashed, the 4th was luckily saved by a contractor, due to craft buddy company policy, I am not entitled to a refund.
